How does it work?

1. Arrange your appointment: our team will arrive at your convenience and assess the property and it's value.


2. Offer: usually a cash offer (meaning free of major conditions) will be written, either at that moment or later that day.  There is NO obligation to take it...but if it is mutually beneficial, both parties can agree to work together to close the deal.


3. Quick Closing: working to make the transition as easy for the Seller as possible, we will arrange the Closing Date for whenever works best for you.

How do you determine the price to offer on my house?

There are many variables that we take into consideration...first we look at the property itself and the amount of work that is needed, then look at comparable sales in the area as well as  factor in present market trends...then we figure out a fair price that can hopefully be mutually beneficial to both parties involved.

What fees are involved with selling a house to your company?

There are no  fees of commission when you sell your house to us.  If our offer works for both parties, then we will buy your house.  We are hoping to make money after  we fix the property, so there is no need to to charge any sort of fee to the seller for the transaction.

Why should someone sell to you rather than list their house with a real estate agent?

Real estate agents can provide a great service to people when selling their home...we often use them to sell our properties.  However, listing a property can be inconvenient (with all the showings), take months to sell, and will cost thousands in commission to the agents.  One should use us if they want/need a quick, hassle-free sale of their property.

Is there any obligation when I submit my information to your company?

Absolutely not!!  You are in complete control of the situation.  Our genuine hope is that both parties are equally satisfied with a mutually beneficial agreement.  If we cannot come to an agreement we will simply part ways.
